Morval has been processing foam plastic resins since 1952 and was one of the
first companies in North America to mould expanded polystyrene for use as
protective packaging. That initiative and the experience we have gained has
positioned us as one of North America's premier custom moulders of foam plastic
resins.
Products
Today the products we design and manufacture are used not only as protective
packaging but also in applications as
materials handling and as components in
appliances, protective sporting equipment and in the exterior and interior of
automobiles.
Applications
This expanding range of applications and the diverse markets we now serve has
led to our moulding a wide range of materials including R-MERTM, GECETTM, POLYPROPYLENE, ARCEL®,
POLYETHYLENE, as well as POLYSTYRENE. A summary of these
