engineering is further supported by our
in-house laboratory, where testing is
available, ensuring you of the required
product performance.
Tooling
The design and building of our own
production tools gives us unsurpassed
control over final part quality. Aluminum
tools are manufactured through the
development of a pattern from which
cavities are then cast and finished.
Pre-production samples are checked
for compliance before submitting them
to you for approval.
Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping of tools allows you to
field test the product prior to final tool
manufacture. Fabricated samples can be
produced at the outset, ensuring fit and
function requirements are being met.
Regular tool maintenance guarantees consistent and quality parts are delivered every time.
Morval's in-house design and tooling allows us to better control the cost,
quality and lead-time of our customer's tooling. Rapid prototyping permits field
testing prior to the commencement of final production tooling.
